I don't feel pleasure while I pleasure myself

Hello,
I am a 17 year old circumcised male. Sometimes I try masturbating but I cannot get myself to orgasm and I never have. When I stroke my penis I simply do not feel any pleasure. I have tried lube, different techniques, etc but still nothing. I know I can ejaculate because I have nocturnal emissions about 1-2 times per month and it feels good. Any advice is appreciated.
