im itching really bad it doesnt hurt to pee and have a really thick white discharge no big bubps just little tiny ones that look like mini pimple and i dont know what it is can you tell me

Hi! Would you exclude the possibility of STD? STD symptoms vary, but the most common are soreness, unusual lumps or sores, itching, pain when urinating, and/or an unusual discharge from the genitals. I could be thrush. In women, these are the common thrush symptoms: irritation, itching, thick white discharge, redness, soreness and swelling of the vagina and vulva. Try reading on bacterial vaginosis as well. I hope this helps.
