I eat almonds to induce period, my stomach is bloated but it can be from eating too much fast food

My boyfriend & me were together. I am 18. And for a while.he touched his penis on my vaginal area but he was wearing condom. This all happened on 23 last month. My periods date was 18 last month & its 20 now n I didn't have periods. I have had eating almonds to induce periods. Also my stomache has come out but it could also be possible as I eat a lot of fast food. Can I be pregnant ? And what should I do??

A woman can get pregnant - During Penetrative unprotected sex and ONLY during her fertile days. If he was wearing a condom and did not ejaculate inside of you, YOU cannot be pregnant. Stop worrying yourself. Stress is main cause of delay in periods. Drink lots of water, eat well, sleep well. Your periods will resume

Thank you so much ! I also took the toothpaste test. It also showed a negative result as no change in colour occurred .
