It could be that since you have just started ejaculating it happens too quickly.

Hopefully as you get use to having your head exposed and rubbed it will become less sensitive and you will last longer.
You could try starting and stopping too see if that helps.

Now that you can pull your foreskin back use a mild soap or just warm water to clean yourself under your foreskin that will also help you get use to being touched and you need too keep yourself clean.
