I am a 15 year old in 9th grade. I weigh 130 pounds. I am 5'6, though I have tons of thigh fat. I need to reduce a LOT! i want to be around 110. I also walk A LOT! like 2 hours a day. I drink a lot of water. I excersise a lot! so what else should I do?

I am a 16 year in 10th grade and want to lose weight before i go to Florida in June in my stomach, waist, and thighs. I want to be able to fit into my old jeans. I weigh 158 and want to get down to at least 120 again. I gained weight after i HAD to stop playing sports. Someone please help. Its hard to stay focused on doing the workouts with work, i dont always have time to do it.  SO can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me
