Engaged in unprotected anal sex. Have noticed that I have been urinating more frequently. In addition, I feel a slight irritation at the tip of my penis. Not really anything visible. I went to Dr and prescribed Cipro. Currently on day 4 of taking it. Have noticed that my urination frequency has subsided. However the irritation on my penis is slight. It does not hurt when I uriante nor is there any discharge from penis or anus. Have to take Cipro for 10 days. Will Cipro help with this?
