I am a 23 year old girl neither I am pregnant, nor I drink or taken heavy medication. I had this kind of episodes thrice as below mentioned gaps. First time in 2013 day time (I don't remember exact date) then in the evening I went to doctor to test my blood pressure but everything was normal. me I I had this episode second time 2-3 months back and now today morning (27/11/2015).

All I can remember common in these episodes is constipation or stomach related issue because last 2 times I was in toilet when had these episodes and first time suffering from constipation those days.

Neither I am alcoholic nor feel that much anemic which can lead to such episodes.

And one more thing to mention before and after these episodes I felt absolutely normal and none of those days were period time.
