I found a little lump on my bum about a year ago and then last month it got all red and inflamed so I squeezed it and a head like a pimple came out then I noticed that another lump had appeared after thus and now there is 4 in different places over my genitals, but the first one didn't disappear after I squeezed it. Does anyone know what this is. Should I be worried??? Please help
