in the last week i noticed a lump on my lower buttocks almost in my vaginal area but not quite... it is near my "crack" but not in it. at first i thought it might be a pimple or ingrown hair but after a little investigation it's more like a knot. i squeezed very hard and nothing but blood came out the first time... that was two days ago. today i squeezed again and some puss looking liquid came out and blood followed. however the KNOT is still there. I'm getting really worried. could this be some kind of sexually transmitted disease? i have no insurance because i cant afford it so i cant see a doctor unless i go to the er. it wasnt painful until after i squeezed it today. i cleaned it and applied triple antibiotic ointment but im really scared because i dont know what it is. i have a ob appt at the local health dept but its not for six weeks almost and im scared to wait that long and also afraid they will just tell me they cant help me... could this be serious where could it have come from?
