I found something inside above my left testical, it doesn't hurt or anything but I'm scared

Is it attached to the testicle?  If so, you need to get it checked by your doctor or a urologist NOW.

If it is NOT attached to the testicle itself, it could be a spermatocele or epididymal cyst.  They may resolve on their own.

You should be checked, just to determine what it is.
