ok so i feel realy weird talking about this but ino i have to suck it up, like the past month ive had this small "bump" or w/e you wanna call it but its right above my right testical not on it i felt it and it doesnt hurt but i am sexuly active and after wether i ejaculate or not , like 30 mins later my teasticals ar veryyyy sore and tender to the touch im kinda nervus cause i dont know what this could be , wut do u recomend i do, and who i should see, i was thinking maybe a uroligist maybe but i dont no.

Yes, it is definitely an urologist you should see. I can’t relate any bumps with pain after ejaculations. The only bumps you could have felt are spermatocele, natural anatomical bumps on epididymis and tumor. Neither of these bumps actually hurt, they may but rarely and they wouldn’t start hurting right after ejaculation.
The bump you felt may not at all be connected to the discomfort you are feeling, these could be two separate things.
Considering you said that the bump is above the testicle I would say it is a spermatocele, and it may hurt only if it gets too big and irritated by rubbing cloths. If the bump is a part of scrotum, then it could be infected sebaceous gland, they can hurt.
