Look, im a 14 year old, slightly-overweight boy from Australia. I get these medium-large sized balls full of puss and mostly blood. They feel a tad hard, not squishy or soft, really. They appear on the side of my sack, where it touches my large thighs. I think its sweat issues but i am not sure. Also, they are my normal skin tone, except for a fain red-ish color on it.

I showered very irregularly, averaging around 1 shower per 2 weeks. I forget about showering alot since I am diagnosed with ADHD, and my memory is very very bad.

Hi Guest
Changing your shower routine from twice a month to daily showers would be the first thing to try.
With sweating a lot you need to shower everyday and make sure you clean yourself properly everywhere.
Make yourself a to do list that you can't miss seeing and as soon as you get up in the morning take a shower.
Hopefully with doing proper daily showers the issue your having improves.
If there is no change after a month seeing your doctor is worth considering.
Proper hygiene is very important and it has to be done daily you have probably gotten many comments about your body odor.
Hopefully with showering everyday the problem your having clears up.
With ADHD if you forget to shower ask your parents to ask if you showered everyday so they can help remind you and tell you to go take a shower each and everyday.

It's great your showering on a regular basis well done.
Hopefully you can keep going with the new routine and work up to showering everyday.
If you use a strong soap or body wash maybe your skin is reacting to the soap your using.
It would be worth trying a mild soap made for sensitive skin and also ask your parents to get a mild detergent to wash your clothes.
Hopefully with using a mild soap for sensitive skin to shower with and washing your clothes with mild laundry soap things improve.
If there is no improvement get your parents to make a doctors appointment for you so your doctor can look into what's causing the problem.
Well done on improving your showering routine keep up the good work :)
