you definitely need a checkup! And I'd recommend you to find a good ob-gyn - you need to find someone who you can tell your whole story without being judged. But the thing is, you've been using surgical abortions almost like a contraception method and you know your body can handle it up to a certain point. After that point, chances are that your uterus will react differently.

After all the abortions and miscarriages you will need to check were there any consequences left on your genital organs, but also, you might really start thinking about some method of contraception - if nothing else, consider having an implant or birth control pills.
