If I were you I would go to your Gynecologist and tell him/her what happened and ask the doctor when it would be safe for you to try again. That would definately be the BEST option that way you won't have to go through that again.
If you'd rather not go to your gynecologist, then I would give it at least 3-4 months before trying again.
Better to be safe than sorry.
