October 8 corresponds to your LMP starting on January 1.
If so, you'd normally be expected to ovulate between January 12 and 17 - with a 28 day cycle. Sperm can survive up to about 5 days max, the egg, 48 hours.
Either male could be the father. You'll need a DNA test to confirm. It can be done now, non-invasively. Google "non-invasive dna test."
