Hi Distressed,

Your last period started on 12/29?  Is that when you expected it?

If so, you MOST LIKELY did not get pregnant having sex on 12/25 or 12/26.  It's VERY late in your cycle and the egg would not be viable.  Your fertility would be near/at it's lowest.

DId you have sex at any other time?

With just those two dates you'll need a DNA test.

Yes I track my period and it came right on time. I only had sex with my ex on 12/25. 12/26 and forward with my partner before and after my period.

OK, you had sex with your partner AFTER 12/26 then?

You'd normally ovulate between days 11-16 of your cycle so January 9-14. You'd conceive a few days later.

In that case you don't need a DNA test. Your partner is the father.

I can't afford a dna test. But I feel uncertain about who the father is. How are you so sure my partner is the father? 12/25 I was with my ex unprotected but like I said he did not finish inside me and it was just that one time mistake. 12/26 forward I was intimate only with my partner unprotected and he did finish inside me and 12/29 I got my period? I just want to be 100%

I say partner because you WILL NOT have a NORMAL period if you are pregnant. You could have some bleeding however.

The fact that your period was "right on time" confirms that you were not pregnant. You WOULD NOT be likely to get pregnant having sex that close to your period starting - the egg is NOT viable.

Hope it helps.
