Sperm can live up to 5 days once ejaculated inside a vagina waiting for an egg to be released so fertilization can take place, what the app is telling you by that is you could still get pregnant as it can only roughly predict when ovulation takes place by what you input so it's not 100% accurate just a rough guide.
