I have a corona adhesion almost all the way around my penis head. what is the best thing to do?

Hey again.... have your tried gently pulling on your adhesion to try and get it to seperate from the glans?  also have you looked at what a "normally" retracted foreskin looks like? it does attach just beneath the corona. yours may be normal. also make sure to look and see what a frenulum breve looks like.  if your frenulum is short it may be preventing your from completely retracting your foreskin.
