Bottom of the penis head attached to my foreskin

I am 14, male, haven't gotten deep into puberty yet.

I have little to no pubic hair. For quite a time now I've been pulling my foreskin back to clean it but I noticed that the bottom of the penis head is attached by a tiny piece of skin to the foreskin. When I stretch this piece of skin it makes it look like a clear substance like paste or glue. I originally had two pieces attached but I accidentally pulled that off and it stung for a few seconds and now it's gone, but there's one more piece left and I was thinking of trying to pull that off.

Should I pull it off? Is there any risk of damaging my penis because the last time I ripped the other piece off it didn't seem to damage my penis.

I am very afraid of speaking to my mum about this - I have a single mum. I can't talk to the doctor without my mums permission. It doesn't seem like a skin bridge to me.

By the way, I just heard of synechia and I'm not sure exactly what it is and how it's supposed to look like, can I please get more info on this as what my problem is might just be synechia

Hi! I'm not a professional, so don't take this as medical advise, but are you sure it's not the frenulum? It's supposed to there and it's quite sensitive. If it isn't that, it could just be adhesions to the glans. I'm 16 and my foreskin was attached to the corona a year ago, but the adhesions resolved when I progressed in puberty. I'm not sure what you mean by it looking "paste or glue", but here are a few ideas.

Yep, that's what I meant; an adhesion to the corona. I didn't pay enough attention to the anatomy of the penis to the point where I knew that the name of the base of the glans was a corona. Thanks a lot for telling me about your first hand experience as it really relieved the stress I had over the adhesion as I thought that it would be a skin bridge even though I'm not circumcised and would require an operation.
