Hi, I have a thin dark ring that is mayb 1 or 2mm below the head of my penis. I think it's dirt but would like to see if anyone else has this issue or knows what it is. The ring is mostly on the right half of the penis but sometimes i see a little on the left and scratch it off. If i scratch at the right side i can scratch it off a little sometimes but sometimes i peel of skin. Anyone have a clue to what this is?

I heard it could be caused by dry masturbation but i also heard it could be cleaned off/removed but i'm not sure as i have had very little luck.
