I think its a rash but I'm not sure. The "rash" breakout started on my elbows a month plus ago. Then recently, it has spread to my legs, back, and more up my arm. (I think its because of scratching it and then scratching another part of my body, which causes it to spread.) When I itch, gets becomes more irritated, the little bumps rise and burns the more I itch or if i itch then leave it alone. Then when the sun hits it, it becomes irritated or more irritated, turns a red color, itches, and obviously it is hot/semi burns but not like the way it burns when I itch. Is this a rash?
