Hi i am a 14 year old male and i have lots of gray centered bumps on my scrotum with a red halo around them they do not itch or tingle i am still a virgin and have been close to girls oftenly but have had no sexual contact.I have not asked any doctors for help yet and wanted to get an idea of if this was serious to my health or not and if their is a way i can get rid of them?

Could this be a heat rash? If you have not been near anyone sexually, this would have to include oral sex, then there doesn't seem to be a chance of an std. Don't forget the oral sex consideration though. Are you sharing towels, etc. with anyone. That would be a problem and a consideration as to a cause. (I hope you never do that). If it spreads or becomes really uncomfortable, I would see a doctor right away. They will decide what type of testing you need. If you've found an answer or a solution, I'd still like to know what that was. Let me know what's happening with you now.
