i am a 14 year old, i have had a rash on my scrotum for the past year hoping that it would go away byitself, obviosly its not goingto, the rash is smalland a little scaly it doesnt itch too much it is usual a dry spot of skin making it a white dry skin color. sometimes the skin of the affected area will crack, the rash is in 3 areas on my scrotum and i also just recently saw it right above my anus. i am wonderign if you could diognose this rash and possibly provide me with a brand of cream for its treatment thank you.
