I have chest discomfort on the left side of the chest which usually shifts and I feel pain

I have chest discomfort on the left side of the chest which usually shifts and I feel pain when I rotate my shoulder. I have done my mri of shoulder which shows normal. my heart beat are usually abive 85 and blood pressur is around 130/90. I feel pressure in the head and I ringing in the right ear which has decresed hearing and there is usally problem on my right nose and pain there also. sometimes I see blood on the right nose when I insert buds into right ear. I ushally have palpitation and sweating from palms and foot. when all these symptoms happen together I feel like I am passing out. I did my ecg and electrocardiogram some 7 months earlier and there was no issue with my heart. I did my cheat xray and that was also normal. I have done endoscopy and there was ni problem with my gastrointestinal track. I had the xray of my nose which showed no sign of sinusities. my rt ear has decresed hearing shown in my audiogram. now a days I have contineous chest pain like those of earlier and feels really tired and weakness. sometimes during night I feel breathlessness. what should I do to find out what is my exact problem....I am getting depressed because of these every day problems and suffering
