I am 24 years old and i have always had sensitivity issues with my penis. I cannot ejaculate from a BJ and it takes an hour or more to get off during sex. This has been an issue with several partners. I am circumcised and wonder if this could be the reason to my desensitization. Are there things i can use to help this? I dont take pills.
