i have had a drug habit for20 years. looking for way to stop

My name is scotty66. I quit pot a month ago, after smoking for 30 years.Let me say the road ahead for you is very bright.the first step is wanting to qiut and you obviously do becase youve come to this website to find some answers.Is it pot the drug you are trying to stop or something else, i have been on nearly all drugs at one stage of my life or another.Iam drug free (still smoke cigarettes but) and weed was the last to go. This has been a steady thing over a 5 year period. Ive had to reboot my whole system if you know what i mean.Could you please be more specific on the DRUG you are trying to qiut so i can narrow down the ways to quit and symptom please.....for now be strong and keep checking your inbox for messages from me and others.
