I have had a lot of discharge and i've been going to the toilet a lot

I came on my last period on the 30th of November 2013 and I am due next friday. I have had alot of discharge recently and iv been going to the toilet alot recently and iv had lower belly cramps too. iv just been again and wiped and a tiny and I mean tiny amount of blood was there please help and answer my question. . I had a miscarriage when I was 16 and im now 26 . . Im desperate for a mini me :) xx
