Can I have a miscarriage 3 days after having sex??? I had sex 3 Sundays ago. An had no signs of being pregnant I had my period at the end of October going into November. Then I had sex this passed Sunday 2 days after that I was having lower pain an cramping an pressure. The 3rd day I woke up in sooo much pain went to the bathroom an the toilet was full of blood iv never bleed that much before then I sat there an in soo much pain I can feel something coming out an I here'd a big flop in the toilet as I look down it was a size of a half an apple. An was still bleeding badly after that I still was in pain an still bleeding. Could this be a miscarriage???
