im on day 8 now, and the pain is slowly calming down, and i can finally talk without it hurting now,

day 1,2,3, were not that bad, i ate a full meal, day 4,5,6, were the worst, the ear ache was sooo painful, and the bad breath was disgusting... i still find it painful to eat, so im sticking with rusks and milk for breakfast and soup for dinner, and ice cream for tea, iv also been drinking 2 litres of water a day, and eating alot of chewing gum, and its really helped...

also iv found that when you get ear ache/ mouth ache, try and put as much pressure on that point and the pain goes away!!!!

i also found that if i slept with my window open or tryed to talk through the day it really hurt at night, id try and keep all cold away from the mouth and keep your mouth shut ( no rudeness intended)...
