She could have a yeast infection which would cause the burning and blood. The itching and burning could be caused by an std. Tell her to get monistat to treat the infection. if it doesn't stop then she needs to go to a doctor. She could also have a UTI, in which case she'd need to go see a doctor for some antibiotics
