I'm a 20 year old male and I'm not sexually active. Lately for about a month now I have pain in my right testicle that sometimes travels to my left. Also with this testicular pain my right inner thigh feels pain and sometimes my back if I'm standing.

I'm sort of embarrassed to talk about it to anyone so I figured I'd ask and get a heads up on what it may be.

I don't lift weights anymore so I ruled out the possibility of it being a hernia. Also I've given myself an examination and I feel no lumps or tender/inflated spots where I generally feel the pain.

I was wondering if this is generally something that happens and eventually goes away or what.

I also want to mention I've had issues with my right testi before where it once swollen about 3 times it's original size, but this was MANY years ago and was told make males get it. But this seems like something unrelated.

I've been reading something about a "kidney stone" or something similar to it could cause this pain. Although I don't find this pain overwhelming it's quite discomforting.

Only thing that comes to mind, Is if you're not sexually active, If you've had erections, and never masturbated... you could have blue balls, Ejaculate a lot.. usually a cold shower while masturbating does the trick.. did to me when i had 'blue balls' once. They hurt a lot. Hope that helps. and hopefully i get helped soon %-)
