I have severe pain in my neck

I have severe pain in my neck.Most of everyday i feel disoriented, Lost,cant focus,blurry vision, extremely fatigue.This has been going on for over ten year.I have been to over 60 doctors.Everyone has a different diagnoses.I have had x-ray ( MRI )  of neck back..They show problems but they say it not the reason for your issue's..I have been to five chiropractors.One i seen for 5 months.For five day's a week..That did not work..And many other solutions..I'm in bed all the time,And don't know what else to do.This has taken over my life.Very frustrated.I am a very hyper active person.Love sports,and love to be around people.But this has stopped all that..I a'm bagging for some answers..Can anybody help.I would so much appreciate it..Thanks so much.Take care everyone.
