soft lumps one on the top and one on the bottom in the excact same place in each testicle
also groin is aching and its gland is swollen i know its not cancer so what is it ??

Swollen glands usually are caused by an infection. Are you sexually active?

Soft lumps on the testicles could be hydroceles. The achiness and swelling of the groin area (the pelvic area next to and above the penis) could be an infection (lymph nodes are located there), as medic-dan said, or maybe a hernia if it swells up when you strain to lift something heavy.
