Hi, I am 30 years old and married since 4 years. I have started my infertility treatment last month. My Gynac asked me to have enphene 50 tablet for 5 days starting from 2nd day post periods. The follicular study showed development of 20 X 19 mm follical in L. O. That day she gave me fertigyn 5000 iv fluid inj. and the third day after she confirms rupture of the follicle. She also asked us to make contact for these 4 days. I got my periods with severe pain (not like ever before) on 16 dpo. Offcorse, no pregnancy.What could be the reason, I could not conceive this time too?

Did your husband got his sperm count tested? If not, he absolutely should. there is 50/50 chance of infertility due to female/male factor.
