Hi im a 26 year old man,I have started to have pain when I was urinating and I feel like urinating more offenly. I have notice some blood after my urine. I don't have money to approach a doctor ,please help me I'm desperate and worried.

It may be a urinary tract infection. It could also indicate an STD.
Unfortunately you DO need to see your doctor. It is important to find out what is causing the bleeding and pain.
Any infection, if not treated, could become more severe including leading to a possible kidney infection.
Treating early is the most cost effective way. Odds are all you'd need now are an antibiotic (the proper prescribed drug for the infection - not just any antibiotic). Left to continue you could end up hospitalized.
