i have this bumb on my tounge i acutally have a few and it hurts whenever i touch it,its kinda white and redish, i cant even eat cause the pain is so intense, and im sick of the pain i dunno what to do anymore, plz help

These are taste buds getting ready to fall off. I have had them myself and they are very painful. Don't mess with them, within a few days to a week they fall off and the pain is gone. Drink and eat soft food and liquids that minimize the friction on them. Good luck (:
