Were you well lubricated when BF made penetration? If not he may have scraped you a little due to the dryness of your vagina.

Bleeding is common for many girls the first time they have sex. It's caused from the hymen ripping or partially ripping. Some girls it happens the first four times, some the first two or three, some it happens for a while. It's nothing to be worried about. It's normal.

You don't mention your age, nor how regular your periods are. You may be close to a period, and that could cause some bleeding also.
Hopefully, your bf is a thoughtful, sensitive guy, who won't mind a few false starts.
I certainly hope that you two are using protection EVERY time. You aren't too young to get pregnant, even from the first time. Make sure you're protected EVERY time.
