i am 25 yr old ,,, i m getting married nxt month but the problem is i am not virgin
last time i had been physical is about 2yrs n now i am worried coz i m nt virgin
is dere any solution to this problem...i really need help regarding this
if my husband will come to know about all this my life will become hell

There is nothing you can do really to events virginity back other than have surgery but not sure how popular that is.
You could always tell your husband your hymen broke because you use tampon for your period other than that no other way to get round it.
As for the pain im not sure but do you get it every time you have your period?

Doesn't matter how long you go with out sex once you have had full penetration your never get your virginity back, all you can do is try tightening your vagina muscles up so you can all most clamp shut when something enters it.

No not all virgins bleed on there first time try Google search for keegel exercise. As i said if he asks just say you tried using tampons and that must me been when your hymen broke.

It only normally becomes tight like that if your not relaxed then as you feel something trying to enter your vagina the muscles around the entrance clamp up making it all most impossible for the penis to enter with out force there for causing pain.

There is nothing else i can think of hun.
Keegel exercises tighten the pelvic floor muscles so if done right when a penis is in your vagina you should be able to tense the muscles and your vagina will squeeze his penis with practice
