im 16 im like 5"4 and weight about 170lb i really want to loose weight but i dont know what kind of fruits or what to eat each day my mom makes greese food and sometimes i have to eat that or eat a ramon noodle soup both ways i think its not healthy i want to know what kinds of fruit i should eat and veggies so next time i go to the store i can buy some canned fruits or veggies but i dont know what kind to get.. plz can some one help me out.

hey..try boiling some pasta..( about a mug and a half full ) then once its boiled drain it and add some tuna and mayo..mix it all togther..either eat it warm or cold. it tastes great and it fills u up and gives u loads of energy. u can even add peppers and lettuce, tomatoes etc. herbal detox teas also work.
