It started about two-three years ago. I used to pull in my stomach muscles in a harsh motion, and it began to create a sexual pleasure during my curious stages. But it also began to make my bladder weak, and it didn't help that in my school, the teachers who manned the toilets were rather cruel and wouldn't allow me the key to the bathroom. So I'd have to go 8 hours without the possibility of going to the toilet.
Afterwards. I found I'd pee even when I think sexually and begin to get sexually aroused to the point where I can not go out without a pad on, as generally, I tend to allow bits of urine slip in a way when I'm just generally walking or just sitting.
Its now getting worse and worse and it's affecting me. I'm getting strong pains in my stomach sometimes when it gets too much but I'm not sure if that's just part of my weight and my periods as they tend to come strong at that point. But, I fear going to the doctors as its a sensitive topic and I'd feel honestly TOO uncomfortable to discuss it as I am fairly young. Also, I'm having to wear constant pads and I'm fearing for my first sexual contact as it may end in me urinating again and I tend to stay at home away from my family and alone as it's making me self conscious.
What I'd like to know is if there are any ways I can help make this stop naturally without the use of pills or the doctors? I really don't want to deal with this anymore.

Hi atelophobia
There could be a couple o.f things going on here, you may/may not need to see a Dr, Firstly the weeing when you masturbate could be squirting its easy to confuse the two, and the relief you feel from orgasm then linking it subconsciously to the empty bladder feeling which maybe why you allowed little bits to trickle out. Over time if you have been holding in pee longer than you should it can lead to bladder infections and this would need a Dr to treat this, but you should have other symptoms like your wee is cloudy may smell a bit and usually burns.
At a younger age. especially when you have not had children incontinence is rare and I'm guessing in most cases while a Dr would take tests they may also advise you to try and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. When you have had kids these are the ones the midwife tells you to exercise by threat of peeing yourself when you sneeze/laugh a few years on lol Simple to find simple to do, no getting out of breath type exercise here! When next going for a proper wee on the loo try stop it midway, thats the muscle you need to work, you can also tell your using it if you put a finger inside your vagina ans squeeze it-pushing to squash your finger although easier is not the same. Just do a few of those a day, a few times a day building up to more as and when you can and IF there is any bladder weakness due to this it should reverse it. As you embarrassed to go to your G.P try this for a few weeks first see if it helps at all - unless you think there is a wee infection then you need to go asap as they can get nasty if untreated. Als if this is no help you should go, even if you goto see a Dr you usually would not see to save having to face them again if your that embarrassed but believe me they have seen and heard it all so wont be shocked or judgmental.
