Hello I am a 19 year old male. About 3 months ago I started having pain in my right testicle. I did a check and found a small lump at the top right by the epididimys. It's pretty firm but not like rock solid. I can move it around a little, but I am unsure if it's attached to the testicle or not. It causes minor pain and discomfort in my testicle and also areas in my back. And sometimes my right buttox feels tight. I plan on going to the Dr soon just want to get a few opinions first. Also it hasn't changed in size at all

Hi Sky,

It's unlikely to be testicular cancer but it is important to rule it out.  Most likely it is a spermatocele or an epididymal cyst.  They are very common.

Pain is NOT a common symptom of testicular cancer.

See a urologist for an examination.

Good luck.
