So for the past few days i have been scared i have testicular cancer. I found a small lump on my testicle...seems to be attached to a tube in there.
Went to the doctor, she examined me and said my testicle is nice and smooth but the lump is not attached at all. it is separate and on that tube(epididimys i think). So what do you guys think it is?. Cancer?, cyst? or something else?

I don't think it is testicular cancer.
There are different kinds of cysts and some are fairly common. It may be an epididymal cyst or a spermatocele.

..prob just a cystcommon for guys 2035(but so is testicular cancer in that age group)....but if its in the tube, chances are likely a cyst

so it turns out it was the tail end of my epididimys. Mines just a little more bumpy then others.....god am i relieved

Doesn't sound like cancer. Cancer is attached to the ball - it is part of the ball. Many friends of mine describe lumps around the ball, but unless it's part of the ball, I wouldn't get so worries' especially with docs opinion. Will.
