Can you please tell me if there is anthing I can take that is over the counter for RLS. I am sick of the insomnia and having to constantly move. I cannot relax at all. Please help!!!!

Melatonin supplement, taken 2 hours before bedtime, may help you sleep better. Antihistamine found in cold or allergy medicine can make you drowsy and help you sleep.

As far as I know there is not anything you can do to actually take anything but I do know that you can take either a very hot bath or a very cool bath to help allieviate some of the symptoms but as far as I know, if you want relief, you will need to see your doctor so that you can get a prescription to take. Does this help at all? PLease let me know.
