Hi, I'm 15 and I've been trying to retract my foreskin all the way past the head for a short while now and the other day I managed to get it all the way down I felt quite relieved but there was some sort of white/yellow substance just under the bottom of the head I just wanted to know if this normal or if I should consult a doctor. Any news would be great cheers.

That's smegma. Just wash it off with water. Use your fingers and wash it off or out of there. your glans keeps producing that nearly all your life. Keep pulling your foreskin back to wash it and it will get easier every time. Having a foreskin that slides back easily and comfortably is a joy.

The way to fix this is fun....jack off alot!!! Pull the foreskin back as much as possible when you jack off. Be carefull pulling the skin past the head when you are hard. It may be hard to get the skin back over at first. It helps to shave so pubes dont get stuck in foreskin. It seems like the frenulum skin will not let you go further but that stretches too. My foreskin used to be really tight now i can pull skin all the way back to the base. Dont get circumsized because of this. Its not worth it. Plus when you get older the girls will like it alot.
