I dont know how to explain my situation. I have trouble falling asleep. I can even yawn properly. I am drowsy and when i do rrealy fall asleep i suddenly wake up 2-3 hours into my sleep. I have a sore throat and swollen lymph glands. I feel tired all the time and nauseated when i wake up. my blood test is normal and so is my stool and urine
