i am 15 years old and for the last week or so i have been haviong this terrible pain whilst swallowing and eating. at the begginign it dod not hirt when i was not swallowing but as the days have come on it hurts when im just sitting and walking around. i have not been to the doctors yet as my parents think its just a saw throat. my throat is finr and there is no change in my voice what so ever. i am starting to have trouble swallowing my food as it hurts so much. it feels as if there is a lump of snot/mucus just stuck at the back of my throat, i try to cough it up but i just end up being in more pain taht when i started and no mucus coming up. im not to sure what to do does anyone have any suggestions in what it is?
