Hello everyone! I want to ask you a question. How can you tightly your vagina back up? O know it will not go back the way it was, when I was virgin. I had heard that you can use vinegar to tightly your vagina? Do that true? If not, then what I can I use to tighty my vagina. I want to make sure when me and boyfriend go all the way, that the sex will be great. And I also had heard that the more you have sex your vagina would get lose. And I don't my vagina to get too lose, that my boyfriend don't want to have sex with me.

im a guy, so i dont know about how to tighten your vagina, but i have heard and my girlfriend and i tried it and we think its worked, eat a bananna and drink milk every day. you will be surprised to as what this will do to both of you, and quit masterbating and dont have sex until you think its tightened back up. not using your vagina will tighten it back to how it was eventually, but i cant tell you how long. and thinking about it, vinigar would suck all the moisture out of your vagina so it would get tight but as soon as you get wet it willl loosen, and your body atomatically tightens when you are aroused

Hi, and I'm a woman. I have been long studying and researching mainly about the vaginal muscles and how it functions. First of all, let's get this straight a vagina is a muscle. We cannot say exactly what makes it "expand" or rather say decreases with its elasticity BUT other reasons for this may be caused by Child Birth, Trauma (to the cervix and vaginal muscles), foreign objects inserted into it such as sex toys which may "irritate" the firmness of the cervix, maturity, genetics and bad health habits. The vagina is elastic-like and can accomodate a penis, regardless of size, and thereafter return to its size. It literally contracts.

Please, do masturbate! This is perfectly healthy and good for your vaginal walls. As your pelvic area contracts and relaxes during this process.
Kegels also help and these forms of exercises will improve the firmness of your vaginal walls.

You did not clearly state as to why you assume that you could be feeling somehow "loose" but there are ways to improve this.
Eating healthy is one of the ways, eating organic foods; carrots, apples, spinach and others.
Drink lots of water too! Eight glasses a day should be enough.

Exercise! Doing kegels and yoga can improve it. Also performing squats too!
Decide on days and time for the exercises.

There is no scientific evidence to prove that "drinking milk and using vinegar in the vagina will results in a tighter vagina". Rather not listen to all these folk tales, it will damage you overtime when using vinegar into your vagina. You'll be prone to bacteria and other unwanted results.

Just eat healthy, exercise and have a healthier lifestyle.
