It is unlikely you are pregnant.
The morning after pill has side effects. Some of these are that your next FEW cycles can be early or late and heavier or lighter than normal.
Yes, you can be "off" for a few months.
If you tested using your first morning urine (wake up pee) then the test is likely accurate and you aren't pregnant.
