I JUST TURNED 49 YRS OF AGE I HAVE AN IUD IN FOR 3 YRS AND MY BREAST ARE VERY TENDER. I HAVE NOTICED A WEIGHT GAIN IN THE LAST FEW MTHS. AFRAID COULD I BE PREGNANT? I AFRAID TO GET A PREGNANCY TEST. IN FEAR OF THE ANSWER. OR COULD THIS JUST BE A PART OF GETTING OLDER. I KNOW BODIES CHANGE.

I had an IUD for a while and worried the same several times. If you are pregnant it would be most likely that it is an ectopic pregnancy and could cause major health problems. Please go and get a BLOOD PREGNANCY test if you are concerned. But I seriously doubt you are pregnant. Good luck.
