Happyendin21, thank you for your post. I have been shaking for sometime now and I went off everything. The slowly adding back one med at a time. I was taking a sleeping pill, and I stopped taking that because when I went back on my estrogen, Lexapro I didn't shake so I came to the conclusion that it was the sleeping pill. Well, I have started shaking again but it's a little different. It's when I wake up in the morning my arms and chess feel it the most. I too started taking vitamins. I am doing exactly what you are doing and the only think I can think of is perhaps I should take the lexapro in the morning and not at night. Have you tried that and did it work?

Hi Luke, I suffer from schizoaffective disorder, depressive type, with a lot of anxiety. It way unbearable, saw all different type of MD's and no help for several years. And yes I suffer from similar feeling, pulsing around the back of the neck and trembling sensation on my neck and arms area. I recently saw a MD that prescribed Methylprednisolone 4 mg tablets. It did help me a lot, from a bad 10 to possibly a 4. Did not cure me, but it sure did help. I am better able to live a more normal life. Your condition may be different, so I am just sharing in hopes that I may be of some help.
